These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our application and website (collectively, "Service") operated by SilaFlow ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select. At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

Fee Changes

We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, modify the subscription fees. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your annual subscription purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds are only available for annual subscription plans. All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@silaflow.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with our policies or that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive.

Content

Our Service allows you to access content. The content available through our Service remains the property of SilaFlow or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Transmit any material that contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SilaFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
