1. Merchant of Record

Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle) acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle handles the order process, provides customer service, and processes returns for purchases made through SilaFlow.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are recurring and periodic. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

3. Fee Changes

SilaFlow reserves the right to modify subscription fees at its discretion. We will provide reasonable prior notice of any fee changes before they take effect.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Available only for annual subscriptions
• Must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days

5. Content Ownership

All content provided through SilaFlow is the property of SilaFlow or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

When using SilaFlow, you agree to:

• Respect the rights of others
• Not attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Not disrupt or interfere with the service
• Not transmit malware or harmful code

7. Termination

SilaFlow may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

SilaFlow shall not be liable for any of the following damages:

• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Special damages
• Consequential damages
• Punitive damages

9. Changes to Terms

SilaFlow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice. The determination of what constitutes a material change is at SilaFlow's sole discretion.
